Clarity of Mind Silent Retreat

Would you like to know more about your own mind? Through learning how our mind works, and meditating on the mind itself, we can achieve inner peace and our goal of true and everlasting happiness. This weekend retreat, based on meditations from the Mahamudra tradition, will lead us on a voyage of exploration of the mind through which we can discover our own inner potential for true freedom. Skillfully guided by Resident Teacher, Kadam Gerry Donovan. Sessions include a brief teaching and guided meditations. Please bring a packed lunch if possible. Staying nearby or onsite helps gather winds and still the mind.
