Miss California Volunteer Competition

We are thrilled to share this exciting news with you.  The Miss California Volunteer Pageant will take place at the Hermosa Beach Community Theater on Sunday, February 18, 2024, at the Hermosa Beach Community Center.  I have attached a press release to this email, with images of our Executive Director (Katy Fowler)  and current titleholders (Cassie, Miss California Volunteer, and Natalie, Miss California Teen Volunteer). Both were crowned in January 2023 at the Tower Theater in Fresno, California, and both competed in the Miss Volunteer America pageant in Jackson, TN. 

 

While we are excited about moving our program to the beach cities, we have a lot of needs.  We are also here to support the community and get involved.  Each of our contestants has a platform based on volunteerism, and we are excited for you to get to know us and the program.  The team is looking for support in multiple areas.  Moving to a new city means new relationships and needs.  This includes volunteers, sponsors, scholarship donors, and more.  We are ready to roll up our sleeves and become a part of the community and would appreciate your help.
