This milestone is more than just a date on the calendar—it represents a year of incredible growth, inclusion, and purpose. Mychal’s Café was created as a space where our trainees and employees with developmental disabilities could gain meaningful job experience, develop new skills, and find purpose through work. Watching them grow and shine over the past year has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life."
