Water Harvest Festival is a free, fun, family event to celebrate water, our most important resource. As part of the festivities, West Basin Municipal Water District will offer tours of the Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility, food, carnival games, a kid’s costume contest, stage shows, reptile petting zoo, and the chance to enter into our grand prize giveaway.
