DESCRIPTION:Spyder Surf partners Richard O'Reilly and Dennis Jarvis first introduced the idea of organizing a communitywide Snowfest last year\, gathering some support from local merchants—and now Hermosa's business community will put on the second annual festival. \n\nUsing the same method as last year\, specialized machines onsite will create snow along Pier Avenue out of large blocks of ice.
