Hermosa Beach Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Red Cross Shelter Training
Hermosa Beach Disaster Services Workers in parnership with the American Red Cross is offering a basic level Disaster Services course to prepare community volunteers to manager shelter operations.
The shelter will be set up in the community to meet the needs of people displaced as a result of a disaster. The training is a one day program.
Residents from any city may attend.
At the completion of the course, participants will qualify to volunteer at any Red Cross Shelter. (Must be 18 years of age)
